Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Head with strong expertise in PET Preform manufacturing, technical troubleshooting, customer complaint resolution, and new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and technical issues at the customer end.
- Troubleshoot production, process, quality, and mould-related issues.
- Identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for problem resolution.
- Manage current product development, trials, and product design finalization as per customer requirements.




- Provide technical guidance for improving product quality and production efficiency.
- Support customer visits, technical discussions, and complaint closure.
- Monitor recurring technical issues and recommend long-term solutions.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in PET Preform / Plastics industry.
- Strong knowledge of PET Preform manufacturing processes and troubleshooting.
- Experience in customer complaint handling and technical support.
- Exposure to product development and design finalization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
