Experience : 15 to 25 Years

Qualification: B.tech-Plastics Tech./M.tech.-Plastics Tech./PHD-Plastics/Material science/Chemical

Preferred Industry: PPF/PET film coating/ lamination

Required Skills: Robust foundation in PPF manufacturing, polymer chemistry, coating technology, UV coating, Self-healing coating, PSA, Failure analysis, Material characterization, Product life-cycle management (PLM), Regulatory compliance,

Extrusion machinery, coating process machinery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overall responsibility for selection of machines, raw materials, process, layout

of plant for PPF plant installation and development.

Good knowledge of fire safety & VOC management and clean room of PPF plant.
2. Oversee the development of multi-layer PPF technologies, including topcoats,

polyurethane (TPU) base films, and pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs)Cost

Optimization

1. Ensure products meet automotive and industry standards for weathering, UV

exposure, stone chipping and chemical resistance,etc.
1. Monitor competitor products and industry trends to align the R&D; roadmap with

market demands.
1. Expertise in UV-curable coatings, crosslinking mechanisms, and surface energy

modification
1. Good knowledge of Project handling/product handling and project analysis.
