Role Description This is a full-time, on-site technical field sales intern role based in Pune. The intern will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting solutions aligned with customer needs in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and supply-chain environments. Daily activities include visiting client sites with senior team members, gathering technical and business requirements, preparing basic proposals and presentations, and updating CRM or sales tracking tools.





The role involves coordinating with technical and delivery teams to understand solution capabilities, assisting in training sessions or workshops for prospects and customers, and providing responsive follow-up and customer service. The intern is expected to learn product features, industry use cases, and value propositions, while contributing to market research and competitor analysis.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Sales and Negotiation abilities to support lead generation, opportunity development, and deal discussions.
- Interest in Training and knowledge sharing, with the ability to assist in product demos and user sessions.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in industrial automation, software solutions, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate in a field-oriented environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and comfort using CRM or sales productivity software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn in a rapid-paced, customer-facing role.
