- BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering may also be considered

We are looking for a Junior Technical Executive to support our product design, development, testing, and technical operations. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of basic electrical concepts, good analytical skills, and an interest in product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of electrical and heating products
- Prepare and maintain technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and design documentation
- Support product testing, validation, and performance improvement activities
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams
- Troubleshoot design and product-related issues and recommend improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for existing products and new product development
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical design concepts
- Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings, and schematics
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and measurements
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and other departments
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software will be an added advantage
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in electrical/electronic product design or a related field
- Experience in product design, testing, or manufacturing will be preferred
- Freshers with robust technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered
