- Develop FRS, user manuals, guides and technical documentation
- Review and ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of documentation
- Identify gaps between business requirements and solutions
- Prepare wireframes, use cases and information flows
- Assess technology options and recommend solution/architecture best practices
