We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-grade software delivery programs for a fast-growing AI-powered enterprise software company focused on accelerating digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainability. The company leverages AI/ML and connected intelligence to bring together disparate enterprise data and enable customers to make complex business decisions faster and more effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management, driving customer success, mentoring cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in fast-paced and complex environments while consistently delivering exceptional business value.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs,
- ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction related to
- Data Analytics and Data Engineering initiatives.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a solid
- focus on predictable and timely delivery of value.
- Lead and facilitate project governance, including status reviews, steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handling
- Manage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as
- a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers,
- Implementation Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts
- Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization,



margins, quality, and delivery KPIs
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive timely
- resolution to maintain delivery momentum
- Champion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management,
- Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution
- Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicable

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical.
- Experience with 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Engineering delivery, project management, data related software implementation
- 8+ years of hands-on experience managing large and complex software projects
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior client executives
- Strong background in delivery management, risk management, quality Management.
- Experience in regulatory, Pharma/Life science, or enterprise systems is a strong plus
- Technical background to evaluate architectural decisions, delivery risks, and engineering trade-offs
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-evolving environments while maintaining delivery excellence

Technical Skills

- Must have hands-on experience or prior experience in Data Engineering or Data Analytics tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Neo4j, and Advanced Excel
- Pharma or Life Sciences domain experience would be nice to have Cloud experience, preferably AWS, is preferred
