- Started your career as an IT System Administrator and transitioned into Service Delivery with a minimum 5 years in Service delivery.
- You can identify new opportunities to upsell and Cross sell with in Assigned accounts.
- You have experience handling service delivery in the IT infrastructure managed services space for large accounts (revenue-wise 3-4 Million $/ Annum and 100+ people).
- You are a Solid Customer advocate.
- You have experience responding to large IT infrastructure & Cloud RFI/RFP.
- Great People Manager.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Manage end-to-end service delivery across Compute, Storage, Network, Backup, DR, VMware, Data Center, Windows, Cloud, DevOps, and Security.
- Lead IT Infrastructure Managed Services for large enterprise accounts with $3-4M+ annual revenue and 100+ resources.
- Drive customer satisfaction and act as a strong customer advocate across assigned accounts.
- Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Lead and manage large cross-functional service delivery teams.
- Manage RFI/RFP responses for large IT Infrastructure and Cloud opportunities.
- Drive service governance, SLA/KPI management, and continuous service improvement.
- Manage customer escalations, major incidents, and stakeholder relationships effectively.
