Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery & Program Management qualified to manage multiple customer projects and managed-service engagements. The role will involve delivery governance, technical oversight, stakeholder management, and coordination across Network, Systems, Database, Cloud, and Monitoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project planning, timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate across multiple technical teams and ensure smooth project execution.
- Review technical solutions, migration plans, architecture, and implementation approaches.
- Manage customer communication, project reviews, and escalations.




- Ensure smooth Sales/Presales-to-Delivery handover.
- Track project quality, SLA, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead project managers and technical teams and drive process improvements.
