Java Full Stack, Spring Boot, ReactJS, GoLang, AWS, Microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architecture Drive

AI and automation initiatives to enhance customer experience, engineering productivity, and operational efficiency Lead large, cross-functional

Agile engineering teams Manage program risks, dependencies, governance, and executive stakeholder communication Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, compliant,



and customer-centric Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement What We're Looking For

18+ years of technology delivery leadership experience Strong experience in

Banking / Financial Services Expertise across

Deposits, Credit Cards, Digital Banking and/or Payments Proven

P&L; and large-scale delivery ownership Strong customer and executive stakeholder management Technical expertise in

Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, GoLang & AWS Strong understanding of

Microservices, APIs & Cloud-Native Architecture Experience leading large

Agile technology programs and engineering teams Demonstrated

AI-first mindset with exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven transformation Strong delivery governance, risk management, and operational excellence capabilities Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is more than a traditional Delivery Manager .
