Role Overview

KGiSL is looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead with 15+ years of experience to lead the end-to-end delivery of our Life Insurance Software Product. The role requires a strong combination of Life Insurance domain expertise, technical delivery leadership, product implementation experience, and customer/stakeholder management.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of product implementations, enhancements, and customer engagements while working closely with product, engineering, business, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of KGiSL’s Life Insurance Software Product across customer implementations and product enhancement initiatives.
- Own delivery planning, timelines, scope, quality, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery outcomes.
- Work closely with customers, product teams, business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and engineering teams.
- Drive implementation and delivery of Life Insurance product solutions for global customers.
- Understand and provide leadership across key Life Insurance processes, including new business, underwriting, policy administration, premium processing, policy servicing, claims, and policy lifecycle management.
- Translate customer and business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams and ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones.
- Lead delivery governance, project reviews, status reporting, risk management, and escalation management.
- Identify delivery risks and dependencies proactively and drive appropriate mitigation plans.
- Participate in customer discussions, solution reviews, steering committee meetings, and senior management reviews.




- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address product gaps, enhancements, and customer-specific requirements.
- Ensure delivery teams follow defined quality, governance, and software delivery processes.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and other delivery professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, product implementation, quality, and customer experience.
- Support business development and pre-sales activities by providing delivery and domain inputs when required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in software/product delivery, preferably in the insurance technology domain.
- Strong experience in Life Insurance software products and implementations.
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance business processes and policy administration.
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale product implementations or transformation programs.
- Strong delivery leadership and project/program management experience.
- Experience managing global customers and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
- Ability to work effectively with product, engineering, architecture, business, and customer teams.
- Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Experience in an Insurance Product Company / InsurTech environment
