Were looking for a detail-oriented Proposal Writer / Technical Writer with 35 years of experience to support a global SaaS sales organization.
The role involves owning end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Security Questionnaires, and DDQs, while working closely with Sales, Presales, Product, Legal, Security, and AI teams.
The selected candidate will be a full time employee of Pattem Digital, working with our client Sprinklr.

What are we looking for :
- 3–5 years of experience in Proposal Writing, Technical Writing, RFP Analysis, or Bid Management
- Hands-on experience with RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Security Questionnaires and/or DDQs
- Experience working with enterprise/global customers
- Strong written communication, editing, and documentation skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Experience in B2B SaaS, product-based, or enterprise technology environments
- Ability to understand and simplify complex technical concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
