About the Role

Saturam is looking for a Technical Content Writer who can turn complex Data, Cloud, AI, and enterprise technology concepts into explicit, credible, and engaging content.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with product, engineering, solution, sales, and GTM teams, understand the technology and business problem, conduct independent research, and develop content with minimal hand-holding.

This role will create content for both Saturam and Qualdo, supporting brand positioning, thought leadership, demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality blogs, white papers, case studies, solution briefs, eBooks, website content, product content, and sales collateral.
- Research emerging topics across Data & AI and develop insightful articles, POVs, executive content, and industry-focused narratives.
- Translate complex product capabilities, architectures, and technical concepts into clear business-oriented messaging.
- Work with product, engineering, solution, and leadership teams to gather technical inputs and independently convert them into publishable content.
- Develop content tailored to industries and enterprise audiences such as CIOs, CDOs, Data & AI leaders, and technology teams.
- Conduct independent research,



validate technical claims, and ensure content is credible, differentiated, and factually accurate.
- Create search-optimized content without compromising technical depth or readability.

What Were Looking For

- 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B technical content writing, preferably in Data, AI, Cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of topics such as Data Engineering, Data Quality, Data Observability, Analytics, Cloud, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Ability to understand technical concepts quickly and explain them in simple, business-friendly language.
- Strong research, storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to interview technical SMEs and extract helpful insights without depending on them to write the content.
- Experience creating both technical and business-facing content for enterprise audiences.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently take content from brief research SME discussion draft review publication.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and modern AI-assisted content workflows is a plus.
