Looking for a Technical Co-Founder - MyTheraverseOS ?

I'm Champ. A second-time founder, ex-IBM, ISB. I'm building MYTheraverseOS because I have lived the problem: a family with a neurodivergent child juggling therapists, schools, reports, and decisions with no system holding it together. Our mission is to help 100 million parents realise their children's full potential across all forms of neurodiversity.

We have early users, clinical advisors, a design advisor, a tech partner, and a grants pipeline. What we don't have is a co-founder who owns the product and engineering end-to-end.

What you'll own

- Technical vision and architecture of the platform
- The AI layer: care-plan intelligence, IEP/therapy report understanding, parent-facing agents—built responsibly for health data
- Shipping: taking us from prototype to a product families rely on daily
- Security, privacy, and compliance (DPDP Act; HIPAA/GDPR-readiness for global expansion)
- Hiring and leading the first engineers
- Sitting beside me with investors, hospitals, and partners

You are

- 8+ years building software,



ideally with health-tech, ed-tech, or consumer platform scars
- Hands-on with modern stacks and LLM/agent tooling; you still write code
- Someone who cares about this problem—lived experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Ready to commit full time within a defined runway
- If you can deploy a team that can do CRs testing and own everything tech, it's a big plus.

The deal This is a co-founder role: meaningful equity with vesting, a title, and a seat at every decision. No salary until we raise; salary from the seed round. We'll do a 6-8 week working trial first—both of us should be sure.
