Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end solution delivery and adoption for assigned products/customers.
- Be incharge of the product roadmap, suggest and incorporate new features into the roadmap as necessary.
- Liaison with the engineering and ML team to develop new product features and drive execution as per product roadmap.




- Be In-charge of deployment at some of our key clients.
- Interface seamlessly with customers, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage customer expectations, handle onboarding, and foster long-term satisfaction.
- Support travel for client meetings and implementations.
- Stay attentive to details, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to product feedback loops.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience with a B.Sc or B.Tech.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a rapid-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Willing to travel PAN India on client projects.
