Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

- Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Coordinate API integration requirements with third-party partners including payment gateways, POS systems, ONDC, CRM, and delivery partners.

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend automation and optimization opportunities.

- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production validation.

- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support business decisions.





- Ensure timely delivery of features while managing stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and SDLC.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and Use Cases.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
