Shift: US Shift / Night Shift (Rotational Shifts)
Experience: Minimum 1 year Experience into BPO technical support
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Language : Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
We are hiring Technical Chat Support Executives for an international US-based chat support process. The role involves providing technical assistance to customers through non-voice/chat support, troubleshooting customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat/non-voice support.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain good written communication and skilled chat etiquette.
- Follow process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Maintain accuracy while handling multiple chats/tasks.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Required Skills
- Excellent written English communication.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Good logical and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
