We are looking for an energetic and confident Caller Executive to promote and generate leads for our innovative COM K9 Mini PC.
The COM K9 is an all-in-one compact computing solution featuring an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, Radeon 890M graphics, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, 7" Full HD touchscreen and a built-in projector capable of projecting up to 100 inches. It also comes with Windows 11 Pro, Wi-Fi 7 and multiple connectivity options.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain the key features and benefits of the COM K9 in a simple and convincing manner.
- Identify customer requirements and understand their use cases.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Qualify leads and arrange product demos or discussions with the sales team.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Handle basic customer questions regarding product specifications, configuration and availability.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Who Can Apply?
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales,
telesales or customer support.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers and technology is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work towards targets.
