Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with 12 years of experience in software development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical architecture, technology strategy, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions while mentoring engineering teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with C#, .NET MAUI, WPF, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps
- Experience in Mobile, Web, and Desktop application development
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and security
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering teams and large-scale software projects
- Define and drive technical architecture and application lifecycle management
- Drive cloud-based solutions and modernization initiatives
- Lead Mobile, Web, and Desktop application development
- Establish and promote Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering best practices




- Manage technical stakeholders and collaborate with global teams
- Mentor engineers and technical leads
- Support team building, hiring, and talent development
- Ensure solutions meet required standards for scalability, security, reliability, and performance

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

- Textiles / Textile Manufacturing
- Medical Devices
- Healthcare
- Banking
- Retail

Preferred Experience
- Experience working in compliance-driven software development environments
- Experience driving digital transformation and cloud modernization initiatives
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development, automation, and modern engineering practices
- Solid experience working with distributed/global engineering teams
- Experience in technical leadership and architecture for enterprise applications
