We are looking for a Technical Application Support professional with experience in trading applications, capable of managing production environments, troubleshooting real-time issues, and ensuring seamless application performance across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills
- Handle day-to-day application operations and monitoring.
- Respond to and troubleshoot real-time production issues with RCA.
- Understand full trade lifecycle (order management, execution, clearing, settlement).
- Act as first point of contact for traders and vendors.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and support across platforms.
- Manage application deployments, upgrades, and UAT support.
- Conduct performance tuning and interface testing.
- Coordinate with Network, Infra, and System Admin teams.
- Collaborate with business users and provide regular reporting.
- Implement workarounds and escalate issues when required.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React JS.
- Understanding of DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible.
- Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Good knowledge of Oracle databases.
- Solid debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
