Job Summary

We are hiring Technical Technicians for manufacturing and engineering operations in Chennai. Candidates with experience or skills in areas such as CNC, electrical, mechanical, machine operation, fabrication, assembly, powder coating, maintenance, or other technical trades can apply.

The selected candidates will be assigned to the relevant production, maintenance, or technical function based on their qualification, skill set, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and handle machines, tools, and technical equipment as per assigned work.
- Perform production, assembly, maintenance, or technical activities based on the assigned department.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings, work instructions, or process sheets.
- Perform machine operation, component assembly, wiring, fabrication, coating, inspection, or maintenance activities as applicable.
- Monitor machines and equipment during operations and report abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Use basic measuring instruments and hand tools where required.
- Perform quality checks and ensure work is completed according to specifications.




- Identify basic technical issues and support troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain tools, machines, and work areas in positive condition.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and workplace discipline.
- Achieve assigned production and quality targets.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, quality teams, and other technicians.
- Be willing to learn and work on different technical processes based on business requirements.
