About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technology-oriented Tech Operations Executive to manage and coordinate the end-to-end hospital engagement lifecycle.

The role involves hospital outreach, business development, requirement gathering, deal closure, onboarding, technology implementation, go-live, and ongoing client coordination.

The candidate will work closely with the Operations, Product, Technology, and Business Development teams and will interact directly with hospital management and healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.




- Handle the end-to-end hospital journey from lead generation and outreach to meetings, negotiations, deal closure, onboarding, implementation, and go-live.
- Conduct calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and field visits.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant Zonov.ai solutions.
- Coordinate product demos, meetings, follow-ups, and commercial discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital management and key stakeholders.
- Understand Zonov.ai's AI, Voice AI, automation, SaaS, analytics, and healthcare workflows.
- Gather and document functional and basic technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Product/Technology teams for implementation, testing, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Support product testing, workflow validation, implementation, and go-live activities.
- Track operational and technical issues until closure.
- Maintain records, reports, lead pipelines, client requirements, and implementation updates.
- Act as a bridge between hospital clients, business teams, operations, and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Good communication, interpersonal, coordination,



and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of software, AI/automation, SaaS, digital workflows, or technology products.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and travel as required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Valuable to Have

- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, databases, or any programming language.
- Experience in tech operations, healthcare, SaaS, software implementation, business development, client coordination, or field sales.
- Familiarity with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, reporting, or lead-tracking tools.
- Experience interacting with hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare administrators.
