Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive technical discovery, application assessment, architecture validation, and full-stack delivery. The ideal candidate should be capable of reviewing legacy enterprise applications, identifying modernization opportunities, defining implementation approaches, and leading engineering teams through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and assess existing enterprise applications (ASP.NET / .NET application landscape) and identify modernization opportunities.
- Perform code reviews, architecture assessments, and technical due diligence.
- Validate technical assumptions, effort estimates, dependencies, and risks.
- Define scalable application architecture and integration approaches.




- Design and develop backend services using C#/.NET and/or Node.js.
- Lead API design and implementation.
- Contribute to React-based frontend development where required.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, designers, and QA teams.
- Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices.
- Support CI/CD, deployment, performance optimization, and production readiness.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in ASP.NET / .NET Core / C#.
- Experience developing backend services using Node.js.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs.
- Robust SQL Server/database design knowledge.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, Entra ID).
- Experience reviewing and modernizing legacy enterprise applications.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- React.js (preferred).
- Next.js and TypeScript.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.
- AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code.

Leadership Expectations

- Provide technical leadership across the SDLC.
- Own technical quality and engineering standards.
- Mentor and coach development teams.
- Drive design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
