Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with 810 years of experience to lead a development team and provide hands-on technical direction across Angular and Spring Boot-based applications.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for team management, technical leadership, solution design, code quality, and delivery, while working closely with customers to understand technical requirements, propose solutions, resolve issues, and ensure successful implementation.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Angular, Spring Boot, Java, Microservices, and REST APIs, along with the ability to technically guide and mentor the development team.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management

- Lead and manage the development team, providing technical direction and day-to-day guidance.

- Assign and track technical tasks based on team capabilities and project priorities.
- Mentor developers and support the team in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify technical gaps and support team members in improving their technical capabilities.

Technical Leadership & Solution Design

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using Spring Boot and Angular.




- Define application architecture, technical approaches, design patterns, and development standards.
- Develop and review Microservices and REST API solutions.
- Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, maintainability, and quality.
- Support estimation, technical planning, task breakdown, and delivery activities.

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as the technical point of contact for the customer.
- Participate in technical discussions with customers to understand requirements and challenges.
- Clarify technical requirements and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Propose and explain technical solutions, architecture, and implementation approaches to customers.
- Coordinate with customer technical teams for issue resolution, integrations, deployments, and other technical dependencies.
- Communicate project technical risks, issues, dependencies, and proposed resolutions effectively.

Backend Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience developing Microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Positive understanding of application architecture and design patterns.




- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of security, performance, scalability, and integration concepts.
- Experience with EJB is a plus, particularly in supporting or modernizing existing applications.

Frontend Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
- Good understanding of Angular architecture, components, services, routing, state management, and REST API integration.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- Experience with React is good to have.
- Experience with Struts or other legacy Java web frameworks is an added advantage.

DevOps & Cloud

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Understanding of application deployment, monitoring, and production support processes.
