- Build inbound strategy tooling that qualifies and routes leads faster
3. Build Research Infrastructure for Brand Solutions
- Reduce time spent on manual competitor research and brand audits
- Build prompt-driven research pipelines using Claude that the team runs independently
- Create reusable research templates that cut pitch prep time significantly
4. Build a Cross-Department Reporting Platform
- Design and deploy a unified reporting system that pulls data from multiple sources
- Eliminate manual data entry and copy-pasting between tools
- Make performance data accessible to all teams without relying on one person to compile it
5. Maintain and Improve What You Build
- Monitor tools weekly:
is the team using them? Are they working?
- Fix bugs within 24 hours
- Improve based on feedback, not assumptions
6. Measure and Report Impact
- Track hours saved per automation
- Submit weekly updates: what shipped, what is next, what is blocked
- Present a monthly impact report: total hours saved, adoption rate, ROI
What We're Looking For
You are:
- A college student (engineering or CS), recent grad (0-1 year), or self-taught builder with a strong portfolio
- Someone who has built things outside of coursework. Doesn't matter what: a personal project, a hackathon tool, a script that saved you time
- Someone who ships messy V1s and improves, not someone who waits for perfect conditions
Must Have:
- Hands-on experience with Claude or ChatGPT beyond basic prompting
- Basic Python or a strong ability to learn quick under real deadlines
- Comfort talking to non-technical people to understand their actual problems
- Bias toward shipping over planning
