Mandatory - Data/Integration/Migration and Workflow/UX experience especially managing existing systems and growth

- What prior experience, industry background, or domain expertise are preferred for this role?
- 5+ years of agile experience (e.g., MVPs, iterative delivery, customer feedback loops). In-depth understanding of product management best practices and frameworks
- 3+ years of experience influencing product backlog prioritization and evaluating technical alternatives
- Experience in Healthcare domain
- Experience with product management methodologies/frameworks such as Lean,

Agile and Scrum

- Fluency in tools such as Aha, Rally, GitHub. Specifically hands-on experience managing: Roadmaps in Aha and/or Agile boards in Rally across multiple teams
- Proven ability to ensure high-level roadmap alignment across two or more portfolios and influence multi-portfolio capabilities for on-time delivery
- AI Skills: All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to:

o Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub

Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise.

o Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis,

and decision-making workflows.

o Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.
