Shift Timings -10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Role Overview The Tech Business Automation Consultant will be responsible for managing existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and value realization, building long-term relationships, and contributing to business growth through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of SaaS/CRM solutions.

Handle subscription renewals and ensure timely closure.

Generate customer referrals through strong relationship management.

Understand customer usage, business challenges, and goals to recommend suitable solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM.

Support field onboarding whenever required.

Requirements & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



IT, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Basic understanding of sales and negotiation techniques; training will be provided.

Ability to learn SaaS products and explain product workflows in simple terms.

Good time-management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer problems and suggest solutions.

Patience, empathy, and a calm approach while dealing with different types of customers.

Prior internship/training exposure in SaaS, CRM, B2B sales, or customer support is an advantage.
