Growth Supercharged

Stipend: ₹7,000–₹10,000 per month

About Growth SuperchargedGrowth Supercharged works at the intersection of growth consulting, technology, data, and business intelligence.

We use our own tools, trackers, datasets, and research systems to understand industries, companies, markets, growth patterns, and business opportunities. A large part of our content comes from the intelligence these systems generate.

We’re looking for someone who can understand that information, identify what is worth talking about, and turn it into clear, credible, useful content.

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Tech & Business Content Writing Intern who is curious about business, technology, growth, marketing, and data, and can turn complex information into content people actually want to read.

You will work closely with data, reports, trackers, internal tools, and existing research generated by Growth Supercharged.

Your job will be to understand what the information is saying, spot interesting insights and patterns, decide what can become content, and develop it across formats such as LinkedIn posts, articles, carousels, industry reports, blogs, website content, newsletters, and other B2B communication.

Some reports and analysis will already be generated through our tools. You will be expected to review, understand, verify, refine, structure, and improve them rather than simply publish the raw output.

What You’ll Work On

- Work with Growth Supercharged’s internal trackers, tools, datasets, reports, and existing research to identify content opportunities.
- Understand the information available within our Growth Tracker and other internal systems and determine which insights are worth developing further.
- Review tool-generated industry and market reports, understand the underlying findings, and fine-tune them into clear, polished reports.
- Identify individual statistics, observations, comparisons, trends, and insights from larger reports that can become standalone pieces of content.
- Decide how one report or dataset can be turned into multiple content formats and angles.
- Write LinkedIn posts, articles, carousels, reports, blogs, and research-led content for Growth Supercharged.
- Develop content around Growth Supercharged’s tools by explaining what the tool does, what its outputs reveal, and why those insights matter to businesses.
- Turn raw data and observations into clear arguments, narratives, frameworks, and actionable insights.

- Help build recurring content properties such as industry reports, tool spotlights, data-led insights, business observations, founder content, and growth-focused series.
- Support founder and expert-led content, including preparing questions, structuring insights, and converting conversations into publishable content.
- Write and edit website copy, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, CRM/email communication, and long-form content when required.
- Adapt the same underlying insight for different audiences and formats without making the content repetitive.
- Check facts, numbers, context, and claims before publication.
- Conduct additional outside research when necessary to verify, contextualise, or strengthen an insight, rather than researching every topic from scratch.
- Work with the strategy, growth, technology, and content teams to understand the information they produce and translate it into strong external communication.

What We’re Looking ForYou may be a good fit if you:

- Have robust written English and can explain complicated ideas simply.
- Can look at a report, dataset, dashboard, or tracker and ask: “What is actually interesting here?”
- Are curious about business, technology, startups, growth, marketing, AI, consumer behaviour, and digital products.
- Are comfortable working with information that may initially feel complex or unfamiliar.
- Can understand numbers and patterns without needing to be a data analyst.
- Can identify which findings deserve a full article, which could become a LinkedIn post, and which are not interesting enough to publish.
- Can turn raw information into a clear story rather than simply summarising everything that is available.
- Understand the difference between what the data shows and what we can reasonably conclude from it.
- Have a good sense of structure, storytelling, hooks, and readability.
- Can write both short-form and long-form content.
- Are comfortable editing and improving AI- or tool-generated drafts rather than accepting the first output.
- Can receive feedback, rethink an angle, and rewrite until the content is strong.
- Can independently take ownership of a topic once the underlying information and objective are clear.

You Do Not Need to BeYou do not need to already be an expert in every industry we cover. You also do not need to be a data scientist or conduct extensive independent market research for every piece of content.

A lot of the information will already exist within our tools, reports, trackers, and internal research.

What matters is your ability to understand that information, ask the right questions, recognise what is significant, and communicate it intelligently.

Good to HaveExperience with any of the following would be useful, but is not mandatory:

- B2B or technology writing
- Business or startup content
- Research-led writing
- LinkedIn content
- Reports or long-form content
- Data interpretation
- AI and emerging technology
- Growth or marketing
- Product or SaaS content
- Email and CRM writing
- Editing AI-generated or research-generated content
- Previous published work, college publications, newsletters, or a personal writing portfolio

What You’ll LearnThis internship will give you exposure to much more than content execution.

You’ll learn how to

- work with real business and market intelligence;
- understand reports, datasets, and tool-generated insights;
- identify which pieces of information are actually worth communicating;
- spot patterns and content opportunities within large amounts of data;
- understand industries and businesses through structured intelligence;
- turn raw information into clear business narratives;
- fine-tune AI- and tool-generated research rather than relying on it blindly;
- write for founders, marketers, operators, and business decision-makers;
- turn one report into multiple meaningful pieces of content;
- connect growth, marketing, technology, data, and business strategy;
- build arguments backed by evidence rather than simply producing content for the sake of posting.

The Kind of Person We’re Looking ForYou’ll probably enjoy this role if someone can give you a detailed report, dashboard, or dataset and your instinct is to ask: What is the most interesting thing here?

What does this number actually mean?

Is there a pattern worth talking about?

What would a founder or marketer care about?

Can this become a post, an article, a carousel, or a larger report?

And how can I explain it without making it sound complicated?

We’re not looking for someone whose job is simply to turn briefs into words.

We’re looking for someone who can understand the information in front of them, find the story inside it, and communicate that story well.
