- 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role with proven Agile expertise.
- Must have experience in onboarding within banking/financial services.
- Proficiency in System configurations and integration workflows.
- Experience working with global teams and AU stakeholders.
- Advanced skills with Jira, Confluence, and M365.
Robust knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
Serves as a bridge between business and technology, supporting Product Owners, Consultants, Functional Business Analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables. This role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of technical tasks. Additionally, the Technical Business Analyst facilitates Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog refinement) and maintains strong communication with both offshore and onshore teams, as well as key Australian (AU) stakeholders.
Prior experience in onboarding is must and lending projects is plus, along with familiarity with tool like Fenergo, is plus.
