Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute enterprise voice transformation and migration projects.
Develop migration roadmaps and detailed deployment plans.
Design and support Teams Voice migration solutions.
Provide architecture support for enterprise voice transformation.
Conduct assessments and validate proposed solutions.
Coordinate end-to-end voice migration activities.
Ensure minimal business disruption during migration.
Support deployment strategy, validation and execution.
