We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamcenter Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Teamcenter architecture, integration strategies, and PLM best practices, and will play a pivotal role in aligning PLM capabilities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable Teamcenter PLM solutions tailored to enterprise needs.

- Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects, including data migration and system integration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Define and enforce PLM governance, data models, workflows, and security protocols.

- Integrate Teamcenter with AutoCAD, enterprise systems using custom interfaces.





- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to PLM developers and administrators.

- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system health checks.

- Stay current with Siemens PLM roadmap and recommend adoption of new features or modules.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in PLM domain, with at least 4+ years in Teamcenter architecture and implementation.

- Robust knowledge of Teamcenter modules: BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow Designer, Structure Manager, etc.

- Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace, Rich Client, and Web Client.

- Proficiency in ITK, RAC, BMIDE, and Teamcenter data model customization.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
