Key Responsibilities

As a Teamcenter Product Configurator Solution Lead, you will:

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Teamcenter Product Configurator solutions, aligning with business needs and architectural standards.
- Translate complex requirements into technical specifications for product configuration, variant management, and BOM generation.
- Perform advanced Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA, C++/Java) to extend Configurator functionalities, developing custom workflows and data models.
- Lead data migration strategies for product configuration data and design integrations.
- Act as the subject matter expert, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing Teamcenter performance.
- Utilize strong SQL skills for database querying, analysis, and optimization related to configuration data.
- Mentor junior team members, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Required Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- 7-8 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter, specifically with a strong focus on Product Configurator.
- Proven expertise in Teamcenter customization using ITK, SOA, C++, and Java.
- In-depth understanding and practical experience with Teamcenter data model, workflows, access management, and change management.
- Solid experience with solution variants, variant conditions, and complex configuration rules.
- Demonstrable experience in Teamcenter data migration strategies and execution.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying, analysis, and optimization within a Teamcenter environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.




- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
