Job Overview

Hyundai Motors is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Member for its Talent Management function. This role is integral to developing and executing strategies that identify, nurture, and retain high-potential talent within the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of robust talent management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous development.

This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices in talent management and a proven ability to manage complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute initiatives related to succession planning, including identifying critical roles and potential successors.
- Develop and implement frameworks for identifying and assessing High-Potential employees.
- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, ensuring fair and effective evaluation processes.
- Facilitate calibration meetings to ensure consistency and fairness in performance ratings and talent assessments.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of talent management policies and procedures.
- Design and implement talent management programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends,



insights, and areas for improvement in talent management strategies.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Masters degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.

Must-Have Skills
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Talent Management.
- Proven experience in Succession Planning and High-Potential identification.
- Proficiency in Performance Management Systems (PMS) and their administration.
- Experience in conducting and facilitating Calibration meetings.
- Robust understanding of HR policy and procedure development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in a Center of Excellence (COE) environment within Talent Management.
- Familiarity with various talent assessment tools and methodologies.
- Experience in change management initiatives related to talent programs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Rate/Salary Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
