Job Responsibilities :

. Purpose of the Role To support the Compliance, Risk, and Governance function by tracking compliance activities, coordinating with different departments, maintaining records, monitoring closure of observations, and preparing reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track compliance requirements on a daily basis and ensure timely follow-up with concerned teams.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other departments to obtain updates on compliance-related actions.
- Conduct Audits for the Compliances marked by the respective teams and coordinate for closure.
- Assist in conducting periodic reviews of Compliance and Governance activities.
- Track Internal Audit observations, action plans, and closure status; follow up with stakeholders for timely resolution
- Support Risk Management activities by collecting information, updating risk registers, and maintaining related records.




- Assist in data analysis and preparation of reports for internal reviews and management meetings.
- Support implementation of system improvements, digitization, and automation initiatives related to compliance and risk monitoring. Perform any other compliance, governance, or administrative activities assigned by the department.

Education Requirement :

- Commerce Graduate.

Experience Requirement :

- 3#5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, Compliance, Audit, Commercial Operations, MIS, Governance, or similar coordination roles.
- Candidates from manufacturing, Project, will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies :

- Good understanding of Business Processes and Documentation.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn.
