Team Member- OBL

A purpose driven role for you

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 1.Commercial Management: Manage outbound logistics (OBL) commercial activities under the guidance of the section head.

2.Cost Excellence: Drive targeted cost improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancement projects across logistics services.

3.Supplier Governance: Oversee OBL supplier commercial tracking and fleet readiness to secure smooth dispatch operations.

A Day in the life

You will be working on day-to-day basis on following:

- Supplier Optimization: Managing and monitoring overall OBL supplier performance and logistics KPIs.
- Data & Records Control: Maintaining and organizing a robust commercial database and administrative records.
- Process Automation: Participating in logistics efficiency improvement projects through automation and technical tools.
- MIS Tracking: Preparing, updating, and tracking daily logistics management information systems (MIS).
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinating internally with the Outbound Logistics team, Finance, and Purchase departments.
- LSP Coordination: Partnering externally with Logistics Service Providers (transporters) to maintain operational alignment.

Academic Qualification & Experience

1. Education: Graduation / MBA (Preferred candidate with a graduate or master's degree). 2.Experience: 3–5 Years of experience, with direct exposure to outbound commercial operations and MIS preparation.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1.Logistics Analytics: Strong capability in financial and operational data analytics for outbound logistics. 2.MS Office Mastery: Advanced proficiency across the MS Office suite for reporting and modeling.

3.OBL Commercial Know-how: Sound understanding of outbound commercial frameworks and freight logistics practices.

4.MIS Development: Expertise in constructing and updating operational and tracking dashboards.

5.Supplier Performance Mapping: Ability to evaluate and track service metrics for Logistics Service Providers.
