We are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Manager to lead a 10–15 member sales/call centre team in the Home Loan business.
The ideal candidate should be a strong people manager who can drive team performance, coach team members, achieve business targets, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 executives handling Home Loan customers.
- Drive the team towards daily, monthly and business targets.
- Monitor calls, leads, conversions and overall team productivity.
- Coach team members on customer handling, sales techniques and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maximum conversion opportunities.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in resolving issues.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and branches for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and compliance requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Team Handling / Call Centre / Telecalling / Sales.
- Experience managing a 10–15 member team will be preferred.
- Home Loan or Banking/Financial Services experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and people-management abilities.
- Target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to analyse team performance and improve productivity.
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Graduate preferred.
