About the Role

We are looking for a Team Leader – Vet On Wheels (VOW) to lead and manage our field operations team in Chennai. The role involves team management, appointment coordination, performance monitoring, and close coordination with doctors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the Vet On Wheels team.
- Monitor daily calls, leads, appointments, and conversions.
- Track team performance and KPIs and take corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with doctors regarding their daily schedules and appointments.
- Guide and coordinate with doctors regarding customer locations, route planning, and scheduling.
- Ensure doctors reach assigned customer locations as per the planned schedule.
- Coordinate with the backend/customer support team for appointment updates and changes.
- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and monitor daily MIS and performance reports.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching and feedback.




- Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, doctors, and the VOW operations team.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in Team Leader / Team Handling / Operations is preferred.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Field Operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and MIS reports.
- Willingness to coordinate with field teams and doctors on a daily basis.

What We’re Looking For Someone who can take ownership of VOW operations, manage the team effectively, coordinate with doctors, and ensure smooth execution of daily appointments and field visits.
