Profile Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Team Leader with hands-on experience in SEO strategy, execution, and team management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with the ability to guide team members and manage multiple SEO projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor the SEO team.
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for multiple websites.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and manage On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and conversions.
- Conduct SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Review website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Plan and monitor link-building and off-page activities.
- Identify technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, redirects, and website structure.
- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Track team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare and review SEO performance reports.




- Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and current SEO practices.
- Train and support junior SEO team members.

Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Good understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of link building and backlink analysis.
- Understanding of crawling, indexing, website structure, and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–2+ years of practical SEO experience.
- Experience managing or mentoring SEO team members.
- Ability to handle multiple client projects.
- Strong focus on measurable organic growth.
- Willingness to work from the office in Mansarovar, Jaipur.
