About VERTEV

VERTEV is an electric mobility company focused on providing reliable and affordable electric 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler mobility solutions. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader / Senior Team Leader – 2-Wheeler Operations to manage day-to-day fleet and rider operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the 2-wheeler rental fleet .
- Lead and supervise a team of field executives, coordinators, and support staff.
- Manage rider onboarding, allocation, vehicle handover, and offboarding.
- Ensure maximum vehicle availability and efficient fleet utilisation.
- Monitor vehicle movement, rental status, payments, and rider performance.
- Coordinate with riders regarding vehicle-related issues, breakdowns, charging, and other operational requirements.
- Ensure timely maintenance, servicing, and repairs of vehicles.
- Track vehicle condition and ensure proper documentation during vehicle handover and return.
- Handle rider concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor team performance and ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle maintenance, recovery, documentation, and other requirements.




- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer/rider experience.

Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in fleet management, vehicle rental, logistics, delivery operations, EV operations, or a similar field.
- Experience managing a team and field operations.
- Good knowledge of 2-wheelers and basic vehicle maintenance .
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Ability to handle riders, field staff, and operational challenges effectively.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-oriented setting.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Two-wheeler license is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in EV 2-wheeler operations/rentals will be preferred.
