Responsible for the overall delivery of the project including management of project staff, coordination between the different outputs, impact assessment, and advising and reporting to the Chhattisgarh and Tripuras State Energy Department, REDA, DISCOM.

Serves as team leader in the overall implementation until closure of the contract.

Ensure completion or delivery of outputs, process, operational and/or communications as needed.

Responsible for delivery of completion report.

As Renewable Energy Expert/TL:

- Lead overall delivery of scope of work pertaining to program monitoring for State Energy Department, REDA, DISCOM in Chhattisgarh and Tripura.
- Training and capacity building of personnel of State Energy Department, REDA, DISCOM in Chhattisgarh and Tripura.
- Will collaborate with State Energy Department, REDA, DISCOM,



committing full time deployment in State Energy Departments of Chhattisgarh and Tripura.

Required Skills:

- Demonstrated track record of successful project management of similar project
- Familiarity with ADB or other MDB operations
- Experience of assisting state-owned power utilities/RE development agencies in project monitoring or management of at least two Renewable Energy Projects.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical/ electrical engineering. Masters degree in Engineering or Masters in Management/ Business Management is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS office suite.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
