Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct Sunrise Meeting to the workmen.
- Audit workmen deployment organise resources for production.
- Adhere 2S,JH, unsafe act and conditions.
- Conduct hourly PDCA for quality delivery performance.
- Conduct audit on daily basis to verify operations being carried out as per the TMOS.
- Take corrective actions for in house PDI customer complaints related to painting process.
- Update VCS.
- Support PED for establishment of new models variants.
- Provide recommendation feedback during EJO process.
- Control of non conforming products.
- Monitor and review workmen on quality, delivery performance measures attendance
- Provide on Job training to workmen co-ordinate for certification of workmen.
- dentification Implementation of SIT / CFT projects related to policy MPCP.
- Facilitate QCC projects and recommend for suggestions.
