- Set clear daily, weekly and monthly goals for the team.

- Conduct onboarding, product training and regular team meetings.

- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking and customer relationships.
- Encourage advisors to build and maintain a strong customer pipeline. ? Performance Management • Track sales, productivity, premium collections and advisor activity regularly.
- Review performance against targets and implement strategies to improve productivity.

- Mentoring • Coach team members on PNB MetLife products, sales processes and customer handling.
- Conduct regular training sessions, role plays and motivational meetings.
- Help advisors improve their sales skills and achieve consistent performance. ? Customer &
- Business Relationship • Ensure quality customer service and professional handling of client requirements.
- Support the team in explaining suitable life insurance solutions to customers.
- Promote ethical selling practices and adherence to company guidelines. ?
