Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader – US Healthcare Payment Posting to manage day-to-day payment posting operations, ensure accuracy and productivity, and lead a team of payment posting executives.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance, handling complex payment posting issues, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of client requirements and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of US Healthcare Payment Posting Executives.
- Supervise daily payment posting activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Handle posting of EOBs, ERAs, EFTs, and patient payments accurately.
- Ensure accurate posting of insurance and patient payments, contractual adjustments, denials, and refunds.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance, and individual team performance.
- Conduct regular quality audits and identify errors or process gaps.
- Resolve complex payment posting and reconciliation issues.
- Monitor unapplied, unidentified, and under-posted payments and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with AR, Denial Management, Cash Posting, Billing, and other RCM teams.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific processes, SOPs, and quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports.
- Track and achieve agreed SLA, productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
- Conduct team meetings, process updates, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Identify training requirements and provide appropriate coaching to team members.
- Support new employee training and process transition activities.
- Escalate critical issues to management and clients whenever required.




- Assist in process improvement and implementation of best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Hands-on experience in Payment Posting / Cash Posting.
- Good understanding of:
- EOB – Explanation of Benefits
- ERA – Electronic Remittance Advice
- EFT – Electronic Funds Transfer
- Insurance payments
- Patient payments
- Contractual adjustments
- Denials and recoupments
- Refunds
- Unapplied and unidentified payments
- Payment reconciliation
- Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage targets and work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Healthcare, Life Science, Commerce, or related educational background will be an advantage.

Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Team Leader / Senior Team Leader role preferred.
- Candidates with strong Payment Posting experience and demonstrated team-handling capabilities may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Experienced in US Healthcare Payment Posting.
- Capable of independently managing a team.
- Strong in communication and reporting.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
- Able to coordinate effectively with multiple RCM teams and management.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
