Team Leader – Operations Salary: ₹14,000-₹16000/month Experience: 1–3 years preferred Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the daily work of the assigned team. Allocate tasks and ensure daily targets are achieved. Ensure proper quality, hygiene and SOP compliance. Maintain basic production/attendance records. Train and guide team members when required. Report issues, wastage and material requirements to the supervisor. Keep the work area clean and organised.
Requirements: Basic knowledge of production/farm/food-processing operations.
