The Team Leader Operations will oversee the end-to-end guest experience, advance booking pipeline, daily facility upkeep, inventory management, and on-ground team coordination at Dahlaan. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of balancing rustic hospitality with structured operational discipline across the dining, workshop, and farm zones.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advance Bookings & Guest Experience Management

- Manage all inbound booking inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social channels; coordinate table reservations, weekend feasting slots, and private group bookings.
- Maintain an accurate digital booking ledger, track pre-payments, and gather guest dietary preferences or special requests prior to arrival.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, communicate Dahlaans farm-to-fork philosophy, and gather structured feedback post-visit to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Address and resolve on-ground guest grievances promptly and professionally.

2. Inventory, Procurement & Retail Stock Control

- Monitor daily and weekly consumption of kitchen staples, dairy, fresh vegetables, and firewood for traditional chulha cooking.
- Coordinate supply dispatches of fresh produce from partner farm clusters and managed farms.
- Conduct weekly physical audits to eliminate waste and optimize kitchen food costs.





3. Farm & Facility Supervision

- Supervise morning opening and evening closing checklists across dining spaces, rustic cottages, open seating under the banyan tree, and washroom facilities.
- Ensure strict hygiene, waste segregation, composting protocols, and site cleanliness across the property.
- Oversee scheduled farm chores, landscape maintenance, herbal garden upkeep, and visitor walkway preparation.
- Coordinate setups for weekend workshops, cultural sessions, and community events.

4. Team & Kitchen Coordination

- Supervise and roster in office service staff, kitchen helpers, and traditional cooks.
- Ensure kitchen operations adhere to preparation schedules for the daily curated farm lunch menus.
- Enforce personal hygiene, service etiquette, and authentic food presentation standards.

5. Billing, Cash Handling & Daily Reporting

- Operate the on-site POS/billing system, generate guest invoices, and collect payments (UPI/Cash/Card).
- Reconcile daily collections with the booking sheet and manage petty cash for minor local purchases.
- Submit a daily operational summary report to management covering footfall, revenue, guest feedback, and material requisitions.
