Job Title: Team Leader Marketing / Counselor Team

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing / Admissions / Counseling / Business Development.
- Experience handling a team of counselors or sales executives is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of lead management and conversion processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to drive team performance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/MIS reporting.
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader Marketing / Counselor Team to manage and lead a team of counselors responsible for student engagement, admissions, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong team handling skills, excellent communication abilities,
and experience in education sales/admissions or a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing Executives / Counselors to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, lead conversion, and counseling activities.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and student enrollment numbers.
- Handle escalations and support team members in counseling prospective students.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide feedback/coaching.
- Track team performance through MIS reports and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and effective utilization of leads.
- Maintain strong relationships with students/parents and ensure a smooth admission journey.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
