We are looking for Team Leaders to lead loan sales teams across Personal, Business and Gold Loan products, with robust ownership of sales targets, team productivity and conversions.

What you’ll handle

- Lead and manage a team of loan sales executives
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Monitor team calling, leads and productivity
- Track lead-to-conversion and closure performance
- Coach team members on sales, objection handling and customer conversations
- Drive achievement of individual and team targets
- Monitor team performance and identify improvement areas
- Handle customer and sales escalations
- Improve conversion, productivity and overall sales performance
- Maintain regular performance tracking and reporting

What we’re looking for

- 3–6 years of experience in loan sales / lending sales
- Prior experience managing a sales team




- Hands-on experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans or Gold Loans
- Strong target and conversion ownership
- Experience handling sales pipelines and lead allocation
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
- Ability to coach, motivate and improve team performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Preferred experience

- Experience in BFSI, NBFC, fintech or lending businesses
- Experience handling high-volume sales teams
- Experience with calling-based loan sales
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, conversion and productivity tracking
