Hiring for Team Leader (Intake)(8+yrs)

Prochant is seeking an experienced and highly organized Intake Team Leader to oversee our daily intake operations. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and monitor a dedicated team of Intake Specialists to ensure all incoming data, client applications, or referrals are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Leadership

- Supervise and motivate the Intake Specialist team to meet and exceed daily operational objectives and metrics.
- Train and onboard new hires on intake protocols, CRM software, and compliance standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide constructive coaching.
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation to maintain smooth workflow operations during peak hours.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Deep expertise across Intake, EV, PA
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer rules.




- Proven experience managing largescale operations (60 to 80 plus FTEs preferred).
- Excellent client engagement, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Track record in process improvement, automation, and operational transformation.
- Strategic mindset with strong decisionmaking and people leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 8+ years of overall US healthcare RCM operations experience.
