Role : Team Leader (General Management services for various railway projects) Responsibilities

- Responsible for overall leadership of the Project General Management Office (PGMO)
- Establish and lead Project Implementation Plan (PIP), including team mobilisation, communication protocols, PMIS, policies & standards, delivery plans, H&S; and Environmental Management Plans, monitoring tools, and document control systems.
- Ensure consistent, effective, and transparent strategy for project implementation; monitor progress across all contracts; highlight delays, bottlenecks, and remedial measures.
- Oversee Project Progress Review & Implementation Monitoring
- Coordinate with Client, Contractors, Independent Engineers, and other stakeholders;
- Ensure deployment, performance, and accountability of all Key Personnel, Domain Experts,



and support staff as per Deployment Schedule.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Min 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, including Railway/Highway projects, with at least 15 years in Railway/Linear projects and at least 3 years as Team Leader.
- Persons with min 25 years’ experience in construction industry with at least 10 years’ working experience in railways or railways public sector units in Selection Administrative Grade or Eqv.can also be considered

 Must have experience in project planning and monitoring using MS Project / Primavera (or equivalent). Skills: management,projects,project implementation
