Role Description The Team Leader – Freight Broker is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves managing a team of freight brokers, overseeing daily load planning, carrier sourcing, and rate negotiation to ensure timely and profitable movement of freight.

The role includes building and maintaining relationships with carriers and shippers, monitoring shipments, resolving service issues, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Team

Leader will review performance metrics, provide coaching and training to team members,



and collaborate with management to improve processes and meet revenue and service targets. The role also requires close coordination with operations, finance, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless experience to clients.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising or mentoring brokerage or logistics professionals.
- Knowledge of freight brokerage operations, including carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, load planning, and shipment tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with carriers, shippers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Analytical and organizational abilities to manage multiple loads, prioritize tasks, and interpret performance data and KPIs.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), basic MS Office tools, and standard logistics documentation and processes.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on service quality, compliance, and profitability.
- Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation services; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
