- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Care Executives, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership role, preferably in a customer service environment.
